Beauty and Makeup

Written by Patrice Rivers

With all the beauty tips in the world, God molded us into His own creation.  We are all beautiful.  With or without make-up, Black is Beautiful! We come in all different shapes and sizes so learn to appreciate your natural beauty within our hearts and souls.  However, most of us are make-up lovers, and with the spring month slowly approaching, we are willing to try new bright colors to bring out our cocoa tone, dark skin, and red bone beauty.

1)      Play with the colors a bit!

If you are used to wearing neutral colors, try spicing it up a bit with some of these colors for a change. There is nothing wrong with stepping out of your comfort zone and indulging in bright colors to satisfy your look. Learn to be unique and stand out from everyone else.

2)      Dibble Dabble!

Take a bite out of spring! You have all your colors for all of your attire!

3)      Let your lips glow!

Splash into bold lip color for a nice fashionable chic look! You can either dress it up or dress it down, but whatever you choose, go for that look you have been searching for! You can just wear light face powder with just lipstick for a clean revealing look.  Make-up doesn’t always consist of wearing eye shadow, blush, lipstick, and lip liner all in one facial.  Sometimes just wearing lipstick sets off your complexion.

4)      Natural Beauty is the best makeup of all!

The best make up of all time is the one God molded us with: natural beauty in the flesh.  Sometimes when we want to feel pure and free, wearing no makeup isn’t so bad.  At times we want to let our pores rest and let the fresh air hit our face with happiness. Remember, make-up is just an enhancement of our “real beauty” lines.
